We have successfully sold and distributed our pacifiers in over 45 international markets where millions of units sold under our Pacifier Plus® with Baby Temp® trademarks.
Our marketing plan calls for increased international representation and distribution of our product line. We would select a company whose management team can visualize the opportunities ahead, has the experience, ability and, financial resources to participate with us in implementing a mutually developed long-term plan for our product line.
Our products belong to the "baby goods, baby feeding & nursing accessories" categories" (bottles, nipples, soothers, etc.). Typically in the United States, these categories are distributed in the following retail (and related wholesale) channels: independent pharmacies, multiple outlet drug store chains, food outlets, grocery supermarket/hyper market chains, mass merchandisers, warehouse clubs, department stores, baby specialty stores, mail order catalogs and, via direct response firms. Another channel is medical: through doctors offices, hospitals/maternity wards, hospital gift shops and health clinics.
Our prospective distributor should be established in at least one, preferably in several, of the local equivalents to the above channels, and where appropriate, also at the wholesale level. As it can be implemented later, connections to medical distribution is initially not required but will be considered as an added plus.
